In fact, the subwoofer lightens the work of the main speakers, so that its woofers are less stressed by the severe impulses with high energy impact, with the consequent reduction of intermodulation distortions. Even at high volumes, the sound is not muffled and voices and instruments are always crystal clear. Thanks to its powerful class D amplifier, with a power of 600 watts RMS or 2400 watts peak, you will have all the power you need. Through the built-in DynX DSP presets, you can perfectly adapt ICOA SUB to your system, being able to choose between three crossover frequencies: 80, 100 and 120 Hz. Furthermore, you can switch the signal polarity and set a delay line for distances up to 10 meters. And if your needs become more rigorous and the premises increasingly larger, you can always integrate the configuration. In fact, it is possible to manage several ICOA SUBs in parallel, to obtain greater power. By simply placing a second ICOA SUB, you can also opt for cardioid mode. Normally a subwoofer emits sound in all directions, but if you orient one of the two SUBs backwards and activate the cardioid preset, the low frequencies will be attenuated and output in a controlled manner in the rear, keeping the punch in the front. The sturdy 18mm plywood cabinets are stackable and feature an M20 thread on the top for mounting the main speaker via a spacer rod. You can also mount wheels on the back for transport. Finally, to prevent ICOA SUB from slipping out of your hand during transport, the four aluminum handles are coated with rubber.
